Returns and Damaged products
No refund exchange only. If an item is damaged it must be reported to us within same day of delivery. Email us at [email protected]. Hold on to the damaged item & all packaging and we will give you futher instructions. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. However an exchange will be granted once your claim is approve. Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and refused packages. The expense will be on you to shipped the exchange item to you.
